Staff #4 supervised children alone for approximately 1 month without having proof of ECE units Director Lozano indicated that staff #4 no longer supervisies the classroom and works in an Aide role under a teacher until she completes education requirements. LPA observed this to be true during inspection. LPA also received disclosure that fingerprint cleared Church staff provided childcare on at least one occasion for approximately 15-20 minutes during a staff meeting at the facility. This is an immediate risk to children in care.
