    101229(a)(1) · (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, Supervision shall include visual observation.

    Site supervisor will submit a written documentation of improving the supervision plan that will also include name to face checks. LPA will record the written statement and training that the site supervisor will conduct for the teaching staff. Based on interviews and record review, the teachers left a child unattended inside the classroom for 19 minutes during rest time resulting to absence of supervision. The child was crying and found by a teacher assistant which poses an immediate Health and Safety and Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
