This regulation was not met as evidenced by The licensee agrees to ensure the supervision of children, by pre-qualified assistants, that have received fingerprint clearance, in the reported designated areas, which open to daycare children and approved by the department through inspection of the physical plant. Based on LPA observations, interviews & record review, on 07/11/2023 the licensee placed a subject child under the supervision of an uncleared adult without the adult's knowledge, which is an immediate risk to the health & safety of the children in care. The licensee agrees to submit a written statement acknowledging the responsibility to ensure daycare children are supervised by qualified assistants in designated areas that are open and approved to daycare and submit their statement on or before 09/15/2023.
