  101238(a) · The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not as evidenced by Director stated that she went to move the chairs off the table after was reminded by the licensing staff on 11/22/2022. Director asked the staff to move chairs off the table and leave them on the floor and stacked them by the wall. This requirement was not as evidenced by: During the visit on 11/22/2022, LPA and LPM observed a child napping in the Preschool room, next to the table with three chairs stacked on top which causes a potential health and safety risk to those in care. Director also stated that she checked the classroom every morning to make sure the chairs are not on the table before the children arrive.
