by evidenced by Licensee will reviewed regulation pertraining to Operation of a family childcare with staff during today's visit.Licensee states that anyime if she will be absent more than 20% of her daily daycare operation hours, she will close the facility. Licensee will notify CCL of facility closure. During the inspection visit on 05/07/24 it was disclosed by staff that Licensee was on vacation.Licensee was away from the facility for three days. The facility was closed for two days. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. POC cleared on today's date. Written statement provided to LPAs during today's inspection. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Bettina Engelman
