  The facility must immediately discontinue use of the recalled 'Fisher-Price Snuga Swing' and remove it from all areas accessible to children. During the visit, LPA verified that the swing set had been removed. A written plan for correction must be submitted to the Department outlining steps to ensure compliance with recall-related safety standards and to prevent future violations. Based on interviews, observations and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as facility is using a recalled product that poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
