  The center agrees to take immediate action to ensure that staff have the training needed to prevent personal rights violations. Staff is enrolled and taking course CA Teaching Pyramid for infants and toddlers to improve teaching techniques. Based on observations, interviews, and record reviews, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above as Staff (S8) handling children in rough manner, violating personal rights, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care. You are hereby notified that an immediate $250 civil penalty is being cited today. An additional civil penalty may be assessed if not corrected.
