  101212(d) · Reporting Requirements 101212(d) Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the childcare center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours........ CAPE management will conduct and record Staff Meeting to review the Reporting Requirements regulation. POC proof needs to be mailed to the Regional Office by POC due date. The Unusual Incident was a suspected Children’s Personal Rights Violation dated 1/23/2024, reported by a parent to the Staff. CAPE Management only reported the incident on 2/5/2024 to the Regional Office which is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care. LPA recommended the Child Care Center Operators Child Care Reporting Requirements video on the Staff Meeting. LPA provided the Regional Office email to send the Unusual Incidents Reports to CCLOaklandSouthChildCare@dss.ca.gov.
