Licensee stated the outlet has not been in used since 01/2020. Licensee has turned off the water on the outlet and posted appropriate signage. Licensee stated she will remove/or replace the outlet. LPA stated if the outlet is replaced/repaired the outlet will have to be retested Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one outlet (outlet used for drinking) out of two outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. by a certified water sampler and a follow-up water sample must be taken following the protocol in the WD, Section 101705. Licensee stated if the outlet is removed, she will provide pictures reflecting the outlet has been removed. Licensee stated that parents will be notified of the lead exceedances letter.
