Director agrees to notified LPA with a written confirmation that the Lawndale Elementary TK/K Program is no longer operating from classroom no. 4 via email by the due date. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Classroom No. 4 is currently being used by Lawndale Elementary TK/K Program, of which is not related to the conditions and limitations specified on the license, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
