Per Owner Israel Moreno a written plan on how to prevent commingling will be written. A staff training will also be conducted which covers how the commingling plan will be carried out. Per Owner the written plan and staff training sign in sheet will be provided to LPA Dorsey by POC due date 11/22/21. Based on interview and observation preschool and school age children at times comingle at the center, which poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care.
