Per director- all staff were trained on personal use of cell phones on May 15,2025. All staff members signed a document disallowing the use of personal cell phones around children in care. Director will be trained on incident reporting in reference to CCL requirements. Licensee will provide proof of training to LPA via email no later than 05/30/2025. Licensee will provide their internal procedures on reporting incidents to CCL. Based on interviews the licensee did not ensure the above allegation: Staff inappropriately took a photo of a daycare child while in care -was reported to CCL, which poses a potential risk to the health safety and personal rights of the clients in care.
