Licensee has been informed that an Administrative Action will be sought against her license by the Department. Based on observation, interview, and record review, adults providing care and supervision fail to prevent daycare children from harming other children in care. Confidential interviews revealed C2 was flipped out of a highchair on 02/05/2025, by C1. Staff confirmed children fight at the daycare often, C4 and C5 was injured and had to seek medical attention. C3 informed that when C1 misbehaves “we have to beat him up” which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
