Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA's observed the left side of the outdoor play area containing wood, propane tank and AC unit accessible to children. On the right side there was debris, bricks and metal objects near the shed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 02/15/2022
