Licensee agreed to make sure that the child safety fence remain in place whenever children under the age of 5 years old are in care. Based on observation, LPA observed the facilities staircase to be accessible to the 1 infant and 7 preschool daycare children in care, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
