This medical assessment enables the licensee to assess whether the center can provide necessary health-related services to the child.
Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's visit, LPA reviewed 5 children's files. 3 children do not have physical exam or TB risk assessment, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
