LPAs observed all children were in there classrooms and supervised by staff. Co-Director was informed and immediatlely emptied the pool. Based on observation the Licensee did not comply with section cited above. LPAs observed inflatable pool at the bootom of water slide had not been emptied after morning use. Director states that a self closing mechanism has been installed onto the front gate as well as replacing the door knob and adding a gate latch that is inaccessible to children in care. LPA observe all corrections during visit. Based on interview, the licensee did not supervise a child that wandered off which poses an immediate health, safety and/or personal rights risk to persons in care.
