by Licensee agreed to relocate the dogs to a segregated area of the back yard which will not be accessible to the children. Licensee also agrees to have the kitchen counter tops cleared of items. observation and interview. LPA Garcia observed seven (7) piles of dog feces in the children’s outdoor play area and cluttered countertops in the kitchen area. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care. Licensee agrees to send LPA Garcia Via text message photos of the back yard play area and kitchen counters weekly every Friday before end of business day until April 22, 2024.
