This requirement was not met as evidence by parent interviews conducted on 5/8/2023. Parents stated they have witnessed staff (S1) yelling at children in care. An additional parent stated their child has mentioned to them staff (S1) yells. Children interviews conducted on 5/12/2023. Two out of four children indictated S1 yells at them and their friends. Staff (S1) stated, she has been employed at the center for 3 months and is working through an agency called Childcare Career Center (CCC).
