Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the Preschool classroom at 8:38 AM with the Director, LPA observed Restroom Cleaner, Disinfectant Sanitizer, Glass & Multi - Surface Cleaner, and TB Disinfectant Cleaner that reads "Keep Out of Reach of Children" inside in unlocked cabinet under the sink. There were two staff with 15 children present inside the Preschool classroom at 8:38 AM which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 03/27/2026

The Director will conduct the staff meeting regarding infant food services, and send a copy with staff signatures before the due date.
