However during file reviews it was discovered S1 does not have a current up to date first aid/CPR including pediatrics. Based on observation, interviews and record review, commingling occurs with school age children are combined in building two in the first hour of the day and then in building one for the last hour and a half of the day. Licensee and Director will also email a wrtten declartion understanding ratios for fully qualified staff with aides present. Based on observation, interviews and record review, school age children are being combined in the first and last hour of the day, with children as young as 13 months with only one teacher and no aide. Due to school agers being commingled ratios are being exceeded.
