Per Licensee, the facility will maintain ratio standards. One child is enrolled in pre-kindergarten. Licensee will review capacity and ratio videos/documentation provided by CCL. Licensee will send an email confirming the videos were reviewed. On February 17, 2022, LPA observed a total of 14 children. Per record review and interviews, at least two children were not at least age six and were not enrolled in Kindergarten. Therefore the staffing ratio was not being met. Per Licensee, the baby jumpers have not been utilized since December 8, 2021. As of this inspection, the baby jumpers were removed per LPA's observation. No further action required. On December 8, 2021 LPA observed two children utilizing baby jumpers in the family childcare home.
