102416.2(b) · Reporting Requirements – The licensee shall report to the Department any of the events as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1597.467(b)(1)(A) through (b)(1)(C) that occur during the operation of the family childcare home.
Licensee has agreed to submit an Unusual Incident Report (UIR), regarding the incident that occurred at the facility on 09/19/2022. Licensee has also agreed to review Title 22 Section 102416.2(b) – Reporting Requirements and provide a written statement that in the future she will call CCLD at (951)782-4200 and inquire about whether or not an incident should be reported and will follow up with a written report (UIR). Both documents shall be submitted to the Department on or before the POC due date (11/16/2022).
