Site Supervisor will be conducting a meeting with staff to review topic around personal rights. Copy of personal rights will be given to staff, examples of type A citations. Staff will sign form to confirm handout was proviced. Meeting will be conduct beginning 06/12/26 until 06/30/2026. Per video footage reviewed, Staff stated child ran out of the line and was brought back to the classroom and waited until child was calm before taking child outside. This action is a violation of a child’s personal rights and is poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
