(4) Modification conditions, including the requirement that the child's authorized representative be given at least 30-calendar-days prior written notice of any basic rate change. Per Director 30 days notice will be given to parents in the future via email, Genie app and signs posted on parent board, classroom boards and gates. Parent will have to sign-off that they received notice.
