, Director provided additional training during an All-Staff meeting held on 02/17/2025 and reviewed Title 22 care and supervision regulations, children's personal rights, and learning jungle policies on Active Supervision. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when on 01/28/2025, C1 was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately 1 minute which posed a potential, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. Director provided LPA with copies of the All Staff agenda and training topics.
