Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed a pair of scissors and a stapler on the teachers desk in the Abejas Classroom, disinfectant cleaner, butt paste and diaper cream in a basket in the preschool bathroom located in the hallway assessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
