Assistant Director states that they will provide training on direct supervision and observations. A training date will be provided by 08/11/23 and sign in sheet once training has been completed. Based on interviews and observations, the licensee did not meet the above requirement in that one (1) infant in care wandered out of an unlocked gate without being noticed by staff.
