Director stated they will conduct daily health inspections and remind teachers. Director will send email to LPA with statement by POC due date. Based on interviews conducted with 5 staff members, 3 parents and records obtained it has been determined staff did not prevent hand, foot, and mouth outbreak. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Staff Chung stated they will contact maintenance to schedule an appointment to make repairs to the A/C and will send LPA updates with progress. In the meantime, portable ACs in classrooms will be inaccessible to children by means of gates. Based on observations and interviews with 5 staff members and 3 children, the facility did not ensure to keep a comfortable temperature for children at all times. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
