During this inspection LPA Eivazian contacted the office and talked to support staff Telly Bilbrew who stated staff#2 was cleared and case was closed in November 2020. During this inspection director showed DOJ Applicant Fingerprint Responds letter and Request for livescan service form (LIC9163) to LPA Eivazian.
