Deficient Practice Statement Based on observations,the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the tour, LPA observed lower outdoor area`s wooden flooring was missing piecies and one plant in the upper outdoor play area per Google showed toxic,which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (1) Fireplaces and open face heaters shall be screened to prevent access by children. The home shall contain a fire extinguisher and smoke detector device which meet standards established by the State Fire Marshall.

Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of one 2A10BC fire extinguisher indicated fully charged but did not have a service tag which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 102416(c) · Personnel Requirements (c) The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866.
