Deficient Practice Statement Based on observations, records review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the tour, LPA observed 6 out of 8 children present were infants. LPA observed C2,C4,C5,C6,C7,C8 were infants and exceed number of allowed infants in the facility,which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
