Site Director will provide LPA a statement documenting that staff will enforce and have children follow the Play smart rules of the playstructure for the children's safety. Based on observations and interviews, the staff did not ensure that the child was following the play smart rules that are posted at the play structure to ensure proper use as instructed by the play structure manufacture.
