Director will post lead results and will notify parents no later than 06/18/2026. Director indicated that another water sampling will be conducted on or before 07/17/2026. Director indicated that both sink faucets have been replaced and will provide a copy of receipts. Based on record review and interview, Kitchen faucets "E" and "F" showed to have been impacted, and results indicates out of compliance over ALE 5.5 ppb, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risks to persons in care. Director provided new testing resluts upon completion.
