  Licensee stated they will empty the above ground pool within 24 hours and will submit photo documentation via email or text by the end of the day on 06/19/2024. Based on observation, interview and informationed obtained during the investigation, the above ground pool did not meet regulation requirements, which poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety and Personal Rights of children in care.
