Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The licensee provided LPA with their Lifeline Training Resources Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification which expires 11/6/2025. The Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification the licensee provided was completed online per the licensee which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
