Upon completion of the live scan the licensee will send proof of completion by 04/10/2026. The uncleared adult was asked to leave the premises during the inspection. Licensee understands that the uncleared adult can not be present until clearances have been received. Licensee has been notified that they have to obtain 9224's from the parents and maintain in the files.
