Licensee completed LIC 9182 for A2 and A3 during the visit. Licensee stated that they will submit a written plan by due date regarding their hiring process and include details of completing transfer requests for all individuals subject to criminal record review. Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, licensee did not submit transfer request for A2 and A3, so they were not transferred to facility, which poses an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
