101229(1) · 101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Director provided LPA with Training Agenda Topics regarding care and supervision of children in with 10 (ten) staff signatures of who was present and a copy of 1 (one) staff corrective action. Based on records review and staff interviews, C1 was found to be alone without adult supervision in a hallway. This poses as an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
