evidenced by The director stated will buy the appropriate food groups. The director stated she will follow the food componet chart when serving the children's lunches. The facility will provide milk to children during lunch time. The director will provide a written statement to the LPA by the POC due date. Based on LPA’s observation and interviews, during lunch time the facility does not provide children with milk. 3 staff members also disclosed that the facility does not provide enough food for the children. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
