Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in observation of the preschool classroom, the room was under major construction, no equipment or fixtures were observed. Walls beams and wiring were exposed and the licensee did not report to the department. No children were in care during todays visit which poses a potential safety rights risk to persons in care.
