101238(a) · 101238 Buildings and Grounds (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.
Director will contact the Department when incidents happen that disrupt the well-being and safety of children. Although it was beyond their control it was not reported to the department. Director will create and submit to the Department a written plan for dealing with future water outages. Based on LPA interviews which were conducted and recorded, the above named facility was without water for an extended amount of time on 3/18/25.
