102416.5(e) · Staffing Ratio and Capacity If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). 102416.2(d)(1) · Reporting Requirements (1) Health and Safety Code Section 1597.467(b)(1) provides in part:" A report shall be made to the department by telephone or fax during the department's normal business hours before the close of the next working day following the occurrence during the operation of family day care home of…the…events."
