(A) At least 3 of the Director agrees to implement a plan for the infant rooms for at least 1 fully qualified infant teacher in each infant classroom. Written proof is due to the department no later than the POC due date. units required in (c)(1) above shall be related to the care of infants/ shall contain instruction specific to infants.
During a review of staff files,LPA did not see required units in infant care for S1 and S2. 101429(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants: Each infant shall be constantly supervised and under direct visual observation and supervision by a staff person at all times. This requirement was not being met as evidenced by interview(s) and document review. Per Director, training is supervision was already conducted. Director agrees to provide an agenda and sign in sheet to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 2/19/2024.
