This requirement was not being met as evidenced by information obtained during interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Director agrees to submit a written plan regarding implementation of walking the grounds and mapping positions to provide maximum supervision to children, while at play. A child was able to gain access to a strap, from a canopy located on the playground, and use it to place on another child's neck, causing visual marks on the child.
