Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Sink faucet at the employees break room and sink faucet at the kids, not used for drinking and/or food preparation tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care Director stated that no children have access to the identified fauces. Director stated that parents will be notified of the lead exceedances via email/letter/telephone call.
