Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During the indoor inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the employee bathroom in classroom #1 was unlocked, which contained floor cleaner near the floor as well as hand sanitizer inside of an unlocked cabinet. LPA also observed an unlocked cabinet inside of the classroom, containing employees' personal belongings such as cell phones and a make up bag, which were accessible to the children.
