Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the facility at 9:10 a.m. LPA observed liquid Lysol and disinfectant spray cans inside an unlocked cabinet that was accessible to children in care. The items were located next to the childrens games and books inside classroom #4 which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 10/02/2023
