  as The licensee agreed to review the importance of supervision of children at all times, and reviewing/updating the procedure of children’s dropping off and pick up time with staff. evidenced by staff not noticing a 3-year-old child exiting the classroom to the parking lot, being left unattended for approximately 60 feet away from the classroom for a couple of minutes until found by A1, and A2 in the parking lot. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
