Per director, they will have a meeting with the staff to discuss the imporatnce of ethic manderisa, approach, needs to be professional, and if needs more needs to be brougth to director notiice and talk in confinde away fromt the staff. Based on staff interview, 6 staff disclosed there an argument between S8 and S10 in front of the children. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.

The Director stated will install a white board on the playground to document the number of childre present. The Director also conducting an inperson meeting will all staff members on July 20 and July 21, 2022. The Director will provide a copy of the meeting agenda. Based on observations and interviews during today’s inspection, the 2 staff members stated Child 1 was left in the garden playground for approximately 1 minute without supervision. Director stated, C1 was immediately removed from S1 care and the scheduled have also me adjusted to make sure C1 is not around S1. Another staff member is always with S1 to make sure S1 is not alone with children. Director will implement personal rights link into staff meeting notes on 12/2/21 and will submit staff acknowledgement signatures to LPA. Based on observations and interviews during today’s inspection: 2 children disclosed that S1 will hold childrens hand and squeeze fingers tight when children do not listen.
